Cutting Policy
We always cut continuously & multiple quantities will come as continuous lengths.
Fabric is cut “straight” according to how the fabric is rolled on the bolt, not the design or print on the fabric, which is standard practice in all quilt shops. In some cases, blocked patterns may not be cut exactly on the line or straight due to how the fabric is rolled on the bolts. Please take this into consideration when ordering as exchanges will not be provided for this reason.
Fabric is cut “straight” according to the way the fabric is folded and started on the board by the manufacturer – which is not always symmetrical to the design. When purchasing a “directional fabric”, we recommend you purchase a little extra so that you may straighten and place the design in your project exactly how you would like.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Our Return/Exchange Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
On the rare occasion that we miss a flaw, leave out an item, or send something different from what you ordered, please contact us at (984) 237-0071 and we will rectify the issue immediately.
Kits, Books & Patterns, and fabrics are FINAL SALE. No Exchanges Accepted.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Quilts Like Crazy and Embroidery, 1241-08 S Main St, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
