We offer machine service and repair for all machine types and brands excluding Bernina and multi-head commercial embroidery machines. We specialize in Janome, Elna, Elnita, New Home, and Kenmore and also have a multitude of experience and expertise in Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, Singer, Brother, Baby Lock, vintage sewing machines, and more! What should I bring when dropping off my machine?
We ask that you bring in:
  • The machine
  • Embroidery Unit, 1 hoop, and embroidery foot (If Applicable)
  • Power Cord & Foot Control
  • 1 Presser Foot (foot capable of a zig zag stitch)
  • Bobbin Case
  • Bobbin
  • General Sewing Stitch Plate (Not Straight Stitch Plate)
These are essential items to ensure that your machine is in proper working order. While we do have many accessories on hand, it is impossible to have every accessory for every machine ever made. This will help expedite the process of getting your machine serviced and back to its home.

What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time for machine service and repair can vary depending on our repair specialist's workload and complexity of the specific jobs. We often say to expect around 2-4 weeks, with the possibility of a quicker completion time. Of course, quality is always the utmost priority.

How often should I have my machine serviced?
It is recommended that you should have your sewing machine serviced once a year if you use it regularly, as this helps prevent issues from developing due to wear and tear and ensures it runs smoothly. If you sew often or on heavy-duty projects, more frequent servicing is recommended. If you only sew occasionally, you may be able to extend the time between services slightly.

What are some signs I should have my machine serviced?
Signs you may need your machine serviced may include but are not limited to: unusual noises, thread jams or breaks frequently, uneven stitching, unusual feeding of fabric, poor tension control, and more. If something seems out of the ordinary, contact your local dealer or have us take a look!

Longarm Quilting Service

What is Longarm Quilting?
Longarm quilting is a technique used to stitch together the quilt top, batting, and backing fabric layers using a longarm quilting machine. This process creates intricate quilting patterns and designs.

How do I prepare my quilt for longarm quilting?
Before sending your quilt to a longarm quilter, ensure that your quilt top is neatly pieced and pressed, the backing fabric is at least 4-6 inches larger on all sides than the quilt top. If you are in need of batting, we can provide it at the same rate sold in store.

What is the expected turnaround time?
Our turnaround time for longarm quilting services can vary depending on our quilters' workload and complexity of the quilting design. We often say to expect around 4-8 weeks, with the possibility of a quicker completion time. Of course, quality is always the utmost priority.

What is the cost of longarm quilting services?
As of February 2026, we charge $0.0225 per square inch on any non-custom quilting services. At this time, we do not offer custom quilting services.

Do you offer binding services as well?
We may offer binding services for an additional fee. This can be a convenient option if you prefer to have your quilt finished completely by our quilter.

Do you provide any additional services, such as quilt repair or restoration?
We do not offer quilt repair or restoration at this time.
