This class will operate like our past BOM twice a month. We will be making 3 blocks per class with your fabrics already precut before class. If you are interested in a kit, please come let us know which fabric line you are interested in, and we will be happy to kit it for you (separate purchase). There will be an evening class and a daytime class. Due to overwhelming response, we have added a 2nd time slot on Fridays at 2:00pm

Come in and sew a 2025 temperature quilt with us! This class will be held the 1st Thursday evening all year. We will provide the pattern and the temperatures for Wake Forest, NC. If you did one already, you are more than welcome to do your own pattern. We start this new year class in February 2025.

Janome Longarm Event with Kelley McKenzie - Apr 04, 2025 09:00 am

If you are in the market for a new long arm quilting machine, this all hands-on class for you. Kelley is our Longarm Specialist for Janome and will be teaching you this hands-on class. She will be teaching in two days Longarm Quilting A-Z and Stitch Like a Pro. Your fee is non-refundable and will go toward the cost of your machine. Longarm Quilting from A-Z (Friday, April 4th) If you are in the market for a new longarm come to this event! You will receive hands on training, learn how to do many different quilting motifs starting simple and building to graffiti quilting. We will have sew much fun! Stitch Like a Pro Pro-Stitcher class advanced (Saturday, April 5th) If you want perfect quilting this is the class for you. In this class you will learn several different benefits of using computerized quilting. In this class you learn how to crop stitches in an applique block, make imperfect blocks perfect with designs, edge to edge quilting, how to do offset edge to edge quilting like clamshells, using the mark feature to do straight line quilting and stitch in the ditch without a ruler, and much more.
